O R D E R

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, seeking a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in connection with Crime No.7 of 2008 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that despite investigation having been completed and the investigating agency having decided to file a final report, the Investigating Officer has failed to present the same before the Court within time, that upon such position being informed, this Court by order dated 28.02.2014, had required action to be taken against the erring police official, who never has presented himself and such erring police officer is under suspension under various grounds, we would close this petition with a direction to the first respondent to move a petition under Section 473 of Cr.P.C. informing the reasons for delay in filing the charge sheet. Such petition shall receive due consideration of the Judicial Magistrate concerned.
