Pleased to set aside the judgment and Decree passed in O.S.NO.75 of 2012 on the file of the 3rd Additional District Court, Tirunelveli dated 21.02.2014 by allow this appeal and with cost throughout.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.SELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEDASINGH, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- The order of interim stay has already been granted in this matter for staying the passing of final decree alone by permitting the other proceedings to progress. Since the appeal itself is riped for final hearing, the interim order already granted can be made absolute.
