This quash petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.33 of 2014, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirumangalam.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the proceedings in C.C.No.33 of 2014, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thirumangalam, has been completed and laid charge sheet on 26.07.2018.
