Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertainng to the impugned order of the 2nd respondent issued in G.O.Ms.No.116 P&A.R(M) Dept,dated 18.08.2010 and quash the same and consequently directing the 1st respondent to permit the petitioner to participate in the selection process to the post Assistant Manager by considering the educational qualification of the petitioner and also to consider his meritorious qualification while considering the said appointment.
ORDER : This Civil Miscellaneous petition is coming on for hearing upon perusing the Application and the judgment and decree of the Lower court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.LAJAPATHI ROY, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:-

2.Be that as it may, even on merits, the matter is covered by the Judgment of the First Bench of this court in T.I.Muthukumar and others Vs.Registrar General, High court, Madras and another, reported in (2011)2 MLJ 785, against the petitioner.
3.The petition is dismissed.
