O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The order dated 05.01.2024, passed by the fourth respondent, directing the petitioner to shift his cattles (buffaloes) from the area in question to some other place, is under challenge in this writ petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner produced an undertaking affidavit of the petitioner, dated 22.01.2024, to the effect that he will shift all his buffaloes from the place in Survey No.565, Nranapuram-I, Kottaiyur, Athuvazhi, Sivagiri Taluk, Tenkasi District, to some other place, on or before 22.02.2024.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 has no objection for granting time to the petitioner to shift his cattles.

4. In the light of the above undertaking affidavit, this writ petition is disposed of granting time till 22.02.2024 to the petitioner to shift his buffaloes from the place in question to some other place. If there is any violation on the part of the petitioner, the respondents shall take necessary action for shifting the petitioner's buffaloes to some other place. No costs.
