3180 of 2018 on the file of this Honourable High Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3180 of 2018, dated 28.02.2018, for executing the sureties.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that due to financial crisis, the petitioner could not able to mobilize the funds. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is ordered and the time for surrender by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioners before the concerned Court and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
