ORDER

This writ petition was filed seeking for recovery of compensation from the salary of the respondents 4 to 7.

2.When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, submitted that the respondents 4 to 7 already retired from service. That apart, there is already a private complaint pending in C.C.No.107 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai and the next date of hearing is 2/4

posted on 21.09.2022. In view of the same, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the pending complaint.
