Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.P.SENTHIL, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.265 and 266 of 2018, dated 09.01.2018.
