2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that during the 1/3

pendency of this petition, the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court and the the petitioners are complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, it is made clear that the petitioners have to appear before the trial Court on each and every hearing date.
