ORDER

K.Ramaiah, learned standing counsel (TNSTC) takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

2. The instant writ petition has been filed by a bus conductor, working in the respondent transport corporation, challenging a second show cause notice issued to him seeking his further explanation for imposing punishment.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, after the petitioner has submitted his explanation to the charge memo, without conducting an enquiry, directly the second show cause notice has been issued proposing to impose postponement of increment for one year without cumulative effect. Hence the present writ petition.

4. The learned standing counsel for the respondent herein brought to the notice of this Court that the final orders have been passed on 04.11.2014 imposing the said punishment. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that such order was not served on him. 2/4

5. Considering the above said facts, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 04.11.2014, if he is so advised. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
