ORDER
Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner availed loan from the second respondent. She committed default. She also failed to avail the benefit set out in G.O.(2D)No. 133, dated 30.11.2010
3. Now the question that arises for consideration is what is the liability of the petitioner.
4. The learned standing counsel for the liquidator informs the Court that new samathan scheme has been introduced. As per the terms of the same, the petitioner has to pay a sum of Rs.8,54,770/- as on date. Upon the petitioner paying the same, her loan account shall be treated as closed and her title deed shall be returned. The petitioner will have to pay interest at this figure at the rate of 7.5% p.a till the date of payment.
5. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
