MITHUN CHAKRAVARTHI, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No. 1344 of 2018, dated 29.01.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner herein is complying with the condition regularly, without any deviation and he further submitted that the charge sheet is not yet filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD).No. 1344 of 2018, dated 29.01.2018 is modified to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
