ORDER
Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner's wife had passed away on 12.08.2022. She was a Government employee. The insurance premium was deducted from her salary. Following her demise, her account was closed. The respondent had remitted a sum of Rs.1,30,229/- towards compliance of the order passed by this Court. But then, the amount was attempted to be remitted in the closed account of the petitioner's wife. The amount obviously got returned. Under the impression that the respondent has not complied with the order of this Court, the present Contempt Petition came to be filed.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Insurance Company clarified the position. Thereupon, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he would furnish the bank account particulars of the petitioner herein. 2/4
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is called upon to furnish the details in his letterhead to the learned Standing Counsel for the insurance company. Upon receipt thereof, the eligible amount shall be credited to the account mentioned therein. The Standing Counsel for the insurance company assures this Court this will be done expeditiously.
