This quash petition is filed to quash the charge sheet in P.R.C.No.39 of 2014 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai pertaining to the case in Crime No.70 of 2014 on the file of the respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation completed and charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court for the offence punishable under Section 302 of IPC.
