Order:This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PETRICIA JHONY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for Respondent and of Mr.R.M.MAKESH KUMARAVEL for Intervenor the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16325 of 2017, dated 21.02.2018, for producing sureties.

2. This Court, by order dated 21.02.2018 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 16325 of 2017 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioner did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, he has approached this Court with the present petition for extension of time. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the said submission.
