Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.

M.S.SARAVANAN,Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.V.RAJARAJAN, Govt.Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the 4th Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application is filed to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 1 to 3 herein by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No.6049 of 2014, dated 12.12.2014. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the accused/respondent 1 to 3 were granted anticipatory bail by the Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli on 12.12.2014 with certain conditions. However, the accused have not even chosen to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate as per the order and did not furnish sureties and they have also not complied with the condition.

As per the order, the accused have to surrender and furnish the sureties within a period of 15 days and if they did not comply with the conditions, the anticipatory bail granted would automatically elapse nd there need not be cancellation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ by the court.

3.It is made clear that if the accused have not surrendered as per the order of the Sessions Court, the 4th respondent police is at liberty to secure them and take appropriate action as per law. 4.Accordingly, this application is disposed of with the above observation.
