KUMARAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.78 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15451 of 2017, dated 10.01.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation from 19.11.2017 to till date. He further submitted that after completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the Court concerned and the same has been taken on file as PRC.No.1 of 2018 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukkottai.

4. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that after completing investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the case was taken on file, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

However, the petitioner shall appear before the Court concerned, only on receipt of summons.

5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
