Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to respondents 4 to 6 is dispensed with.

3. The first petitioner is the mother of the fourth respondent. The private respondents appear to have given a complaint before the respondent police.
