Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in connection with order made in Rc.No.8/PSFDC/PC/2010, dated 07.05.2010, as well as the consequential order, dated 03.06.2011, passed by the second Respondent namely the private schools fee determination committee in respect of the petitioner school and to quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents to permit the Petitioner to collect the fees from the students studying in the petitioner School commensurate with the fee structure proposed by the petitioner school with the periodical hikes corresponding with the hike in expenditure.

The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the order fixed by the Fee Determination Committee for the private Schools for the period 2010-2013.
