When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to file a suit. He has also submitted a letter, dated 01.02.2021, in this regard, to the Registry.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission and the letter dated 01.02.2021, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
