ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 or their agent or their men or any other person claiming under them from interfering with the rights of the parties pertaining to civil dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent in any manner.
2. The petitioner has sent a representation 25.11.2024 stating that he was forcibly attempted to be evicted from the land where he has been recognized as cultivating tenant and the petitioner has also obtained an order. Further he has also filed a civil suit in O.S. NO.18 of 2024 and it has been listed on 29.11.2024 but the respondent police at the hands of the private respondents are forcing the petitioner to evict from the property.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the fourth respondent has lodged a complaint against the petitioner and Muralidharan. According to the fourth respondent, the petitioner is the agent of Muralidharan. The said Muralidharan had created forged document to show that the property has been settled in the name of his wife and later it has been revoked. For that purpose the petitioner was called for enquiry and his finger print and signature has to be obtained.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to appear before the respondent police and co-operate with the enquiry and submit all relevant documents.
5. The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent also submitted that the fourth respondent is ready to appear before the respondent police and co-operate with the enquiry and submit all relevant documents 3/6
6. In view of the same, the respondent police is directed to ensure the presence of Muralidharan and the fourth respondent collect necessary documents from them and thereafter conclude the enquiry within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. 20.01.2025 Index: Yes/No Internet : Yes/No aav 4/6
