Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioners are facing trial in C.C.No.167 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam. The petitioners filed Cr.M.P.No.3648 of 2021 seeking permission to go abroad. The petitioners' daughter is said to be in Germany and she gave birth to a child. Anxiety and concern of the petitioners towards their daughter can very well be understood. In a case of this nature, the Court should give an expeditious disposal. The next hearing date is 24.01.2022. I am sure, that the learned jurisdictional Magistrate will favourably dispose of the said application. In any event, Cr.M.P.No.3648 of 2021 shall be disposed of within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, accordingly.
