ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and her family members.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fourth respondent, petition enquiry is pending before the second respondent and that the petitioner has not chosen to appear before them.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already filed a civil suit against three persons including the fourth respondent herein and the same is pending on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Dindigul.

4. Recording the submissions made on either sides, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent and on such 2/4

appearance, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass orders by taking note of the civil suit pending before the competent civil Court.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
