Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.SEENISULTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.RAVI, for Mr.R.KARTHIKEYAN,Special Public Prosecutor for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD)No.17967 of 2018 on 09.01.2019. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.17967 of 2018 on 09.01.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case was transferred to National Investigating Agency, Guindy, Chennai-32.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.17967 of 2018 on 09.01.2019 is modified and the petitioner shall report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the National Investigating Agency, No.9, Block-I, SIDCO, Electronic Complex, Guindy, Chennai-32, every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
