ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147,294 (b), 323 and 324 of IPC in Crime No.770 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the case was registered during the pandemic period and the petitioners were already granted station bail. He would further submit that after completing investigation, the respondent police has filed final report and the case has been taken on file in C.C.NO.2409 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate NO.5, Madurai and the case stands posted on 19.01.2023 and the court has issued summons calling them to appear before the concerned court on 19.01.2023. 3.Recording the submission that there is no apprehension of arrest, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
