Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.MUNIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Government Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2198 of 2019, dated 12.02.2019. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent police submitted that that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
