JUDGMENT

This second appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree of the Subordinate Court, Karur made in A.S.No.28 of 2004 dated 10.12.2004 confirming the judgment and decree of the Additional District Munsif Court, Karur made in O.S.No.655 of 1982 dated 24.02.2004.

2. On perusal of records it reveals that on 13.08.2024, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants reported 'no instructions' and this Court directed the counsel for the appellants to file a memo stating 'no instructions' and also directed the Registry to print the names of the appellants. Despite the names printed in the cause list, the appellants have not chosen to appear either in person or through counsel.

3. In view of the above, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 04.12.2024 Internet : Yes/No Index : Yes/No NCC : Yes/No MGA 3/4
