ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 111300/C1-E1/11, dated 25.04.2012 of the 1st respondent in publishing the eligible candidates for the promotion list displayed through internet on 25.04.2012 and also sought for a consequential direction to the 1st respondent to prepare the fresh panel list including the petitioner's name for post of High School Headmaster promotion process.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's name was not included in the promotion panel list for the year 2012, subsequently, in the panel list for the year 2013, his name was included and granted promotion. The submission is recorded. 2/4

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
