ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Quo Warranto as against the fourth respondent herein to show cause under what authority he is holding the post of 13th Ward Councilor of Sanarpatti Village Panchayath, Dindigul District.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, he was holding officer profit at that point of time. In view of efflux of time, the tenure of the fourth respondent has already expired. As on today, he is not holding any office.

3. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
