Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to direct the 5th respondent herein to scrutinize the petitioners application dated 25.3.2019 which is submitted by him to register himself as a professional as per Part V Rule23(1) of the Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules, 2019 within a stipulated time. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already filed a contempt petition in Cont.P. (MD) No.331 of 2021 for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in this writ petition. A petition was filed seeking for extension of time in the month of January 2020 seeking for extension of two months time and it is almost one and a half year since this miscellaneous petition was filed. Accordingly, the miscellaneous petition stands closed. It is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the Contempt Petition.
