ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair order and decreetal order dated 28.10.2020 in I.A.No.04 of 2020 in O.S.No.103 of 2017 on the file of the I Additional District Judge (PCR), Tiruchirapalli.

2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondent stated that the suit in O.S.No.103 of 2017 has already been decreed by the trial Court on 28.10.2021 and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
