ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to hand over the property of the petitioner or to pay compensation to the petitioner pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner on 17.09.2013.

2. The learned counsel, who appeared for the petitioner submitted that the bundle has been handed over to the petitioner and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.17964 of 2013 change of vakalat has been given and a memo has also been filed before this Court.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the property has already been handed over to the beneficiary and nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent submitted that the compensation was already paid to the petitioner through Award No.7 / 2000-2001, dated 10.01.2001 and the property has also been handed over to the impleaded fifth respondent, who is the beneficiary.

5. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
