to set aside the impugned order dated 3.3.2016 made in CR.MP.No.23 of 2016 in SC.No.162 of 2015 file of Sub Court, Periyakulam and allow this criminal revision case Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.KRISHNASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and Public Prosecutor for the respondent, the court made the following order:- On the side of the petitioner it is stated that since the petitioner counsel was suffering from viral fever, he could not contact the petitioner and there was a delay of 75 days in filing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petition.

2.Perused the records. Reasons stated in the affidavit are not satisfactory. Apart from that the petitioner has to be given an opportunity to put forth his case in the interest of justice. Hence, this Petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner has to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai.
