ORDER

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks direction against the Respondents 1 and 2, to provide adequate police protection for smooth functioning of the UGR Educational Trust now called as "UGR Educational Foundation".

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the Respondent Police received only Postal complaint. After receipt of the Postal complaint, the 2nd Respondent registered C.S.R.No.15 of 2024 and the same was closed, in the light of the Circular of the of the Additional Director General of Police, Law & Order, Tamil Nadu, in C.No.18/ ADGP/ L&O/Camp/2024, dated 09.01.2024, the subject matter of the dispute is found to be "civil in nature".
