Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and executable order dated 05.11.2020 passed by the IV Additional District Judge, Madurai in CMA.No.68 of 2019 confirming the order passed in I.A.No.182 of 2018 in O.S.No.82 of 2010 on the file of the 1st Additional Sub Judge, Madurai and allow the same.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "for extension of time" and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 16.06.2021 and requisition letter submitted by the I Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai, vide letter in D.No.1211 dated 02.06.2022, this Court made the following order:- The learned I Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai, sent a letter dated 02.06.2022, requesting extension of further time of two months to dispose of the case in O.S.No.82 of 2010, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 16.06.2021.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter dated 02.06.2022, a further time of two months is granted from today to dispose of O.S.No.82 of 2010.
