ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police and his official that not to harass the petitioners and their relatives in the guise of enquiry.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that since one Sabithradevi was found missing, the FIR in Crime No.301 of 2022 came to be registered as girl missing and that subsequently, the girl was secured and statement was recorded from her on 03.01.2023. He would further submit that the said Sabithradevi was alleged to have eloped with one Praveen; that the fourth petitioner is the friend of the said Praveen and the fourth petitioner alone had taken the victim girl in his scooter to the place of the said Praveen and that since the victim girl was already secured, the second respondent has not taken any further action against the fourth respondent. 2/4

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
