[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.] This petition is filed seeking to suspend the execution of the sentence imposed on the petitioner/Appellant/Accused in Special SC No.294 of 2023, dated 25/10/2024 on the file of the Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Dindigul and to enlarge the petitioner on bail till the disposal of the appeal.

2.On the earlier occasion i.e., on 05/12/2025, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter is directed to be listed today under the caption 'For Dismissal' . Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed for default.
