(MD).No. 16452 of 2017 dated 07.12.2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.K.MANICKAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, and MR.K.KARUPPSAMY PANDIAN, Intervenor for the Respondent,the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16452 of 2017, dated 07.12.2017.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is abiding the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ condition from 14.12.2017 without any deviation. Further, he added that the investigation is not yet completed.
4.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is abiding the condition without any deviation and the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the earlier condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the Court concerned once in a month, i.e., on first working day of every month, at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
