O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the First Information Report in Cr.No.75 of 2024, dated 24.03.2024 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the first respondent police would submit that already the matter has been elaborately investigation and charge sheet has been filed. As per the charge sheet, there are prima facie materials available as against the petitioners to constitute the offences. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. This Court has perused the FIR and complaint.

4. As per the FIR and complaint, there are some allegations levelled against the petitioners to constitute the offences. Therefore, it is not Page No. 2 of 4

appropriate to quash the FIR and the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the Final Report filed by the respondent, if they are aggrieved by the Final Report.

5. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
