RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of appearing before the Respondent police daily at 10 A.M. for three weeks has to be relaxed fully and may be direct to appear before the police as and when required as ordered in Crl.O.P.No. 3133 of 2018 on 28/02/2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.VIJAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3133 of 2018, dated 28.02.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition from 20.03.2018 without any deviation. Further he added that the investigation is not yet completed.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is abiding the

condition without any deviation and the investigation is not yet completed and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the earlier condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Kudal Pudur Police Station, Madurai, daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
