Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to set aside the Fair and Decreetal order dated 05.07.2014 in I.A.No.22 of 2014 in O.S.No. 18 of 2014 on the file of District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate No.1, Usilampatti.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.GOVINDARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 406 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ pays a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) as cost, to M/S.

Arputham Trust, OLR Home for the differently abled children, 2/484 H stella Nagar, Vandiyur, Madurai within a period of one week from today,failing which this petition shall stand dismissed.
