2018 to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli District Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.LENIN PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1901 of 2018, dated 07.02.2018, for producing sureties.

2. This Court, by order dated 07.02.2018 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No. 1901 of 2018 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directed the petitioners to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioners did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, the present petition has been filed for extension of time. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the said submission.
