This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to complete the selection process for Distributorship of LPG Gas for the location of Oddanchatram in pursuant to the advertisement issued by him dated 15.06.2010, within stipulated time by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.10.2013.

2.The relief sought for in this writ petition may not be survive at this length of time and accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
