RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl. O. P. (MD) NO. 21500 of 2018 by order dated 26.02.2019 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21500 of 2018 on 26.02.2019. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21500 of 2018 on 26.02.2019 regularly and they prayed for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.
