PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to give police protection for survey the petitioner's property in Survey No.49/6E1 in situated at Thandalaiputhur Revenue Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District, on the basis of his representation dated 18.12.2025.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third respondent to give police protection for survey the petitioner's property in Survey No.49/6E1 in situated at Thandalaiputhur Revenue Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District, on the basis of his representation dated 18.12.2025. 2/4

2. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any police protection is necessary, the first respondent shall avail the same.

3. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
