RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)NO. 1661/2018 dated 02.02.2018 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAJESHKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1661 of 2018, dated 02.02.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation from 27.02.2018 to till date. He further submitted that the investigation is not yet completed.

4. Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation from 27.02.2018 to till date, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the Court concerned, only on receipt of summons.

5.This petition is ordered accordingly.
