ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the third respondent herein, who is the Deputy Manager of Government Cable TV Corporation, wherein the writ petitioner was directed to disconnect the signal from another Multiple System Operator. Now, the State Government is no longer a Multiple System Operator after the introduction of digital signal. Hence, nothing survives in the present writ petition. This Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 04.07.2022 gbg Index :
