to 07.01.2018 without any deviation. He further submitted that the investigation is completed and charge sheet is yet to be filed. 4.Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is entirely relaxed.
