ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioners and the third respondent.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that they have never interfered in the civil dispute and the allegations made in the writ petition are incorrect. He also submitted that they will not interfere in the civil dispute between the private parties. The said statement is recorded.
3. This writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
