ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.15, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148,341, 294(b), 323, 324 and 307 IPC in Crime No.61 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. According to the prosecution, when the defacto complainant was returning to his village in a bus, the accused has stopped the bus and attacked him with lethal weapons and caused injury.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner's name was not mentioned in the FIR, even though the de facto complainant has given the names of the other accused. It is further submitted that the co accused in this case were granted bail by the Sessions Court, Srivilliputhur, in Crl.M.P.No.4218 of 2015.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police has filed a counter affidavit opposing the bail petition and submitted that the victim has sustained injuries and he was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ discharged from the hospital.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magisrate No.I, Srivilliputhur, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall reside at Dindigul and report before the Dindigul Town Police Station daily twice at 10.00 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

6. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
